Ob/Gyn Delivered was started in 2019 by a fourth-year medical student at University of Michigan Medical School. She wanted to provide busy medical students and residents studying for licensing exams with a free and easily accessible study tool. She created our Instagram account (@obg_delivered) and began posting practice questions pertaining to obstetrics and gynecology. 

 

Ob/Gyn Delivered expanded to include clinical information, study tips, mnemonics, research updates, and other Ob/Gyn-related information. As she prepared to graduate, she passed the project down to two rising M4s who were applying into Ob/Gyn. They took over the growing medical education resource. They introduced Ob/Gyn Delivered to Facebook and Twitter, and began connecting with other projects, sites, and creators in Ob/Gyn education. Since its founding, University of Michigan Medical Students have continued to manage and expand Ob/Gyn Delivered with the addition of a website, podcast, and more to come!
